Starry Skies Loreli (peppermint, coffee, chocolate.) On cold sniff this smelled delicious; just like a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha! When melting it becomes a more general coffee scent with a hint of chocolate and not much peppermint. I wish the throw had been a bit stronger. Moderate throw for about 6-7 hours. Overall grade: B+. Might repurchase.
BBW Marshmallow Fireside: I was quite pleased with this melt. It smells just the same as the candle scent: gooey toasted marshmallows with a hint of campfire smoke and pine. It had strong throw all day. These melts are very pricey, but I would like to repurchase with sales and coupon. Overall grade: A.
BHG Cranberry Cookie Crumble: This is a very sweet vanilla bakery and cranberry blend. Yummy and had a fairly strong throw for about 8 hours. Overall grade: A-. Might repurchase.
Chrislan Candles Michigan Maple: On cold this had a pretty light scent, but when melting it was a delicious and fairly strong maple syrup type scent. Threw for about 6-7 hours. Overall grade: A-. Probably wouldn't repurchase.
I bought a few of the melts this year as well, and they're really great - so long-lasting and really strong. But holy cow, don't you find they're messy? Mine crumbled to wax bits when I finally got it out of the clamshell, and even then, there was tons still stuck to the rim. Just mine?
