NOTD: Jesse's Girl Confetti
This is four coats of a lovely sheer blurple microglitter. Sun and shade pics. It's really spectacular irl, very iridescent, although it still looks a bit patchy in the sun pics, even after 4 coats. 1 coat of this would make a lovely topper especially over blue and purple polishes.
