NOTD: Super Girly Hello Kitty
Hello Kitty Starry Eyed For Dear Daniel; I love it sooo much! I threw a couple coats on over yesterday's mani because I wanted to recycle the adorable bow accent nail. This might be the girliest NOTD ever, lol.
