NOTD: China Glaze Dorothy Who?

2 coats. It's very pretty but probably could have used a 3rd coat. Looks opaque in indoor lighting but not as much in the sun. Also I did them last night and already had two chips this morning. I was able to touch them up before the photos, but how annoying!
