Pics/review of Garage faux leather jacket

Upon opening the package, I thought the floral lining and tag were so cute.

Overall I am really pleased with this jacket. I had been looking for a leather or faux leather moto jacket in this type of style for years. I googled a bunch of coupon codes for Garage, but unfortunately none of them worked. Still, the cost came out to $29 on sale from $69 plus $9 shipping, so I can definitely live with $38 for this jacket. (You all know how rarely I buy new or full price.)

Upon trying it on the first things I noticed were that the sleeve length was perfect, it was very comfy, not binding, in the shoulders, and the material was extremely buttery soft. It doesn't look faux/shiny/plasticy like some leather imitations (it's 100% polyurethane with 100% viscose lining.) It's actually a bit softer and comfier than the real leather jacket I own.

Imo it is slightly more taupe-gray than true gray as in the stock pic, but I'm sure my dim lighting has something to do with it. I ordered the large, as it was the largest size available and I tend to run between L and XL in tops. The size was the only part I was a bit nervous about, but compairing the sizing chart to my measurements, I find the jacket to be TTS from the chart. If an XL was available, I would have ordered it to have extra room for bulky layers in the winter, but as is, I'm happy. I prefer to wear my jackets open anyway. If you are busty, you may have trouble getting the zipper all the way up: just an FYI.

Yay, happy I bought it; can't wait for fall now!
